Preparation:
1. Mix the wet ingredients:
– In a bowl, break the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.
– Add the oil and yogurt, stirring constantly.
2. Add the dry ingredients:
– Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl containing the wet ingredients.
– Mix until smooth and lump-free.

– Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and cook over low heat.
– Cover the pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cake is cooked and golden.
4. Serve:
– Allow to cool slightly before serving.
– You can decorate with icing sugar or fresh fruit if you wish.

– If the mixture is too thick, add a little yogurt.
– If you don’t have vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract.
