Makes about 8-10 pancakes:
175 g of type 00 ๐พ flour
5 tablespoons of natural yogurt ๐ฅฃ
2 tablespoons of sugar ๐ฌ
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ๐ข️
1 egg ๐ฅ
2 teaspoons of baking powder ๐ง
1 sachet of vanilla sugar ๐ธ
๐จ๐ณ Preparation
In a salad bowl, sift the flour and add the baking powder.
Add the sugar and vanilla sugar for a well-flavored base.
Step 2 — Add the wet ingredients
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Add the yogurt and oil, then mix well.
Pour this liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
Stir gently until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps.
Step 3 — Prepare the pan
Grease lightly with oil or butter to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
Step 4 — Form the pancakes
For very round pancakes, transfer the dough to a piping bag.
Form regular circles directly on the hot pan.
Step 5 — Perfect cooking
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
Carefully flip with a spatula and let the other side brown.
