Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, grated
200 g of fresh goat cheese
3 eggs
100 g of flour
100 ml of milk
50 g of melted butter
1 tsp. teaspoon of baking powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped herbs (optional: chives, basil...)

Preparation:
1. Preheating
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
Grease and flour a cake pan or muffin tins for an individual version.
2. Prepare the base
In a large salad bowl, mix the grated zucchini and goat cheese.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing between each addition.
Then pour in the milk and melted butter, then season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs if desired.
4. Finish the dough
Add the flour and yeast. Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
5. Cooking
Pour into the mold and smooth the top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes: the top should be golden brown and the blade of a knife should come out clean.
6. Tasting
Let cool slightly before unmolding. Serve warm or at room temperature, accompanied by a green salad.
Tips & Variations:
For more deliciousness: Add a few nuts, pine nuts or seeds.
Full version: Incorporate ham or chicken strips.
